The Photography Standard That Sells a Listing in Nine Days
Our data across 3,000 listings is unambiguous: light, order, and a twilight exterior shot move properties. A guide for agents and sellers.

Across three thousand SpaceFlex listings, the pattern is blunt: properties photographed to our editorial standard go under offer in a median of nine days, against twenty-six for the rest. The difference is rarely the property. It is light, order, and sequence.
Light first. Shoot within two hours of sunrise or before sunset; midday Gulf sun flattens interiors and burns windows to white. Turn every lamp on, every ceiling light off. If the property has a west aspect, a twilight exterior shot is the single highest-performing image type on the platform — listings leading with one earn 2.3× the click-through.
Order second. Clear every counter, remove every cable, close every toilet lid. Buyers do not consciously notice a kettle; they unconsciously price it. Sequence third: lead with the property's one unforgettable frame — the terrace, the double-height room, the sea — then walk the buyer through as a visitor would move.
SpaceFlex agents on Professional plans can book our partner photographers directly from the dashboard; twilight packages start at QAR 850 and pay for themselves in a single week of market time.
